Caitlin Ansel diagnosed my ear problem and prescribed effective treatment. I've had this problem for many years and a previous ENT who was an MD provided no help. A year ago my husband had an appointment with Caitlin Ansel for a routine examination following up on a hearing test. During that appointment she discovered a cancerous tumor on his tongue which otherwise would have gone undetected. So we are both quite appreciative.

She was a really nice person. My only concern was that I did not know why I was at this visit. She told me that she did not know much about hearing aids. I thought that was what my visit was about. That is ok. She directed to the right place and I got my problem solved.
