Dr. Lamperti and the medical staff were very professional, competent and communicative. They were personable and made me feel at ease in regards to my care.

Scheduling appointments was easy and receptionist are very helpful..provider was easy to talk to, and answered my questions and concerns about upcoming surgery.

He had clearly read my chart in advance of seeing me, which really facilitated our discussions and made for an effective visit where my needs were well met.

Dr. Lamperti seemed to be very thorough; he read my previous chart notes and referred to them during his visit. He asked clarifying questions about my symptoms, and ordered additional testing to ascertain a complete and correct diagnosis.

I was impressed by his expertise.

Dr Lamperti cleans the wax from my ears every 4 months per recommendation from my audiologist. I appreciate his willingness to clean my ears since I have a profound hearing loss and clearing the wax improves my hearing. Dr. Lamperti is polite, respectful, and highly skilled.

Dr Lamperti has been a long time provider for me and has my total confidence and admiration for his medical knowledge and abilities.

I've been wanting to say thank you for the automatic sliding doors installed at Canyon Park. As a person with limited mobility they are amazing, especially when the previous push buttons didnt work and when you'd push them people from the other side of the door wouldn't see you and would all rush to use the door you had to wait to open instead of manually opening their own door. Regarding Dr Lamperti, he is fantastic and very efficient!

Excellent medical care during this appt

It was easy to talk to Dr. Lamperti, he is a comfortable presence, and I'm sure it will be similar in person. It was also a pleasure to speak directly with the surgeon because sometimes, intention can change through transmission.

Dr. Lamperti provided excellent care. He really listened to my concerns, did a thorough exam, and explained things well. All of the staff was also friendly and helpful.

This Dr seems to know his business but is very impersonal- when I expressed my concern that the last surgery I was not happy with the outcome of the way the eye had been pulled down. And asked If this time It could not be brought down. The pull on the bottom continues to feel that It has again been pulled. I am sure he will matter of fact will tell me he did what he could. He does not have much eye contact when talking to me. I hope I do not have to deal with him again after the stitches are out. The receptionist as always was Incredible super niceSorry for expressing harsh words. If I need more I am hopping I will be referred to another DR

Really appreciate Dr. Lamperti's friendly demeanor. He always seems happy and engaged and remembers our conversations. I would go out of my way to see him again if I had additional ENT needs.

Waited three months to be seen an ongoing condition just to see the doctor for 5 minutes, have him tell me it was nothing, and it was normal.

My care provider saw me ahead of another patient because what I needed was going to be fast treatment. This gave me a feeling of importance and showed great service. The check-in employees were busy on their computers but one saw me waiting for maybe 5 seconds and helped me. Very impressive. In the patient room, my wait time was very short and I was out faster than I expected.

De Lampeeti was great. He was able to help me with my war issue and I feel comfortable returning to him if I have any further issues.

It was late Saturday & I felt he wanted to leave early- was disappointed that symptoms didn't get resolved- thought I should see a hearing Dr.

The provider was nice and respectful however, he did not explain to me about my condition other than I can refer you to a speech therapist. Nothing as to what causes the condition if the condition can be cured none of that was explained. The procedure that he did, he did explain and I appreciate that as we went through it but right now I don't know anything about my condition. I would like that addressed we'll see what you do with that
