Staff professional and I feel doctor listened to concerns and offered additional options (hearing test) which we were able to perform at the same appointment and eliminate as an issue. It was nice to not have to make another appointment.

He seems very knowledgeable about my condition, which many doctors do not. I was glad he was smart!

Appreciated the availability on your calendar (much better than in Walla Walla!). Front desk team was friendly and courteous to me, though I heard them complaining about another pt with is obviously unprofessional- save it for behind closed doors! The physician was thorough and gave helpful information. He spoke quickly though and I felt like I had to interrupt him in order to get any word in. But he clearly knows his stuff and I do feel comfortable in his care.

Dr. Wigley is very professional and best physician care provider to have. Is very attentive and caring. He provides answers lot refers to whom I can follow up with if need be to ensure I get the appropriate care.

Dr Wigley is definately an asset to the Kadlec medical staff! I highly recommend him to others with ENT concerns.

Doctor spend time answering my questions before my surgery and I did not feel he was in a rush

I was happy that the provider listened to my concerns. He has ordered an MRI and another hearing test. I am to see him after they are done, so we can continue to get feedback for the treatment in time. Everyone have been courteous and thoughtful.
