Dr Sanchez didn't show the least bit of concern as to why I was there.

It is my first time seeing this provider and I got the vibe from her like let's get this over with and not really interested in my situation. She placed her phone in the counter by the sink. Did not wash her hands which really annoyed me. Now, I understand why some patients get sicker.

It was a good experience . I am waiting for the biopsy report.

She listened for the most part, but she excused my pain. I'm sure it's because she's seen worse, or she was in a hurry.

I was referred to Dr. Sanchez following imaging showing thyroglossal cyst and chiari malformation after several complaints of experienced symptoms to my primary doctor. Dr. Sanchez did a thorough exam and suggested Sistrunk procedure with information in reference to the procedure. It took me a year to actually follow through with the procedure for several reasons. With growth showing on a second set of imaging almost 3 x in size, a year later, Dr. Sanchez did my procedure. My process from Pre surgery to post surgery was honestly the best care I had received ever! Helping to aid in my recovery. I continue to see Dr. Sanchez for for symptoms of vertigo also more recently noticed around the same time as intial imaging and continuing to date. She sent orders out for testing almost immediately, and referrals as well. I am excited to transition. I have requested referrals from my primary doctor after seeing her for ongoing and new symptoms for over six years. Dr. Sanchez takes time to listen and answer any questions I have. She also takes initiative. Most times I have a lot of questions because I am scared. I have a family. I have yet to have a come across the care provided by Dr. Sanchez and those that Ive come across here at Swedish. My healing from sistrunk procedure went exceptionally well. I had great care at home too. Also my labs were non cancerous!!I am forever thankful.

Provider and were great. It just took a while to get an appt

Excellent care! My outpatient procedure went without a hitch. All staff were very attentive, my tongue is healing well, and I've already seen an improvement to my speech and clarity after the procedure. Thank you everyone!

Provider and office are wonderful, it's not their fault that there are too many people who moved to Seattle and increased population by 33% while many front line providers left their job due to burnout during COVID. The combination causes months to get appointments but I love my doctor. They would get me in for a true emergency quickly.

I always feel heard when seeing Dr. Sanchez. The appointment times are by design quite short, and yet I never feel hurried or rushed. She always welcomes my questions, and considers my preferences when making recommendations for testing/treatment. I get care from a number of providers and Dr. Sanchez is consistently among the best.

I appreciate Dr. Sanchez listened to my concerns and the next needle biopsy will be completed with a radiology doctor present.

Always find staff and doctors seen, to be knowladgeable and caring.Thank you for your wonderful service.

I came out of my appointment feeling listened to and respected. I was prescribed medication that has helped entirely! Considering I've been in pain and feeling ill for nearly 6 months, I'd say that my seeing this clinician was a resounding success. Also, the staff in and around reception were so happy and friendly!

I like all the staff including my health care provider. I have been going to Country Doctor for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Weird feedback: I explained I had a swollen thyroid w/ difficulty swallowing, was told that Dr. Sanchez was the best option for diagnosing the problem. Waited 7 weeks for the appointment. Dr. Sanchez informed me that she's mainly a thyroid surgeon and not necessarily someone who works on diagnosis. That all being said, she was phenomenal, showed a clear interest in my concern, agreed that she could feel the lump that has been bothering me, and got me in for an ultrasound that same week.
