About David G. Stoddard
Dr. Dave Stoddard is a fellowship-trained rhinologist with expertise in complex sinus and anterior skull base surgery. Born in Utah, he earned his Bachelor of Science from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University in 2005 and was inducted to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He then obtained his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in New York before completing his residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. While at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Stoddard developed skills in managing the breadth of otolaryngological complaints while developing a special interest in diseases of the paranasal sinuses and skull base. He pursued those interests in two fellowships in Auckland, New Zealand, learning state of the art approaches for minimally invasive transnasal surgery. He also has been able to participate in international research opportunities, authoring chapters in several otolaryngology textbooks and journals and presenting that research at professional meetings. While in New Zealand, Dr. Stoddard was able to travel extensively with his wife and four children. His other hobbies include spending time outdoors boating, fishing and camping, as well as watching movies from the 70s and attending concerts with friends.

My care provider took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure that his responses were clear and understood. He did not rush through the visit and I felt that the time I spent in the office at my appointment was important to him as well as myself. I appreciate how he treated me a a patient and a person. A true caring provider that seemed to take his profession not just as a job, but as a duty and responsibility to provide the best care, advice and answers that he could. A care provider that cares is something that's hard to find in this world anymore, this Dr is a prime example of how Drs should be. Thanks for caring for your patients.
