The doctor went above and beyond to help me with my problem. I am very appreciative.

My experience was good He clean out my ears due to remaining ear wax was left from my doctor nurse that flush the ear wax out. My doctor made appoint to see Ears Nose Throat cuz some wax was still in there. All is good now I can Hear, But I still have buzzing in my ear the doctor recommended having hearing test to which that is good idea since I turn 70 never have hearing test. Thank you

Pa dieter office got ne in as soon as they could, but the wait was longer than I would have liked with the ear pain I had. Pa dieter was able to clear the wax impacting on my ear drum with microscope. Two prior ear lavage at pcp made it worse as they could not see in ear due to narrow canal. Pa dieter was able to use microscope and special equipment and remove the obstruction.

I felt unheard and dismissed due to ENT Provider didn't see what he needed to & then told me he believed I never had the condition, even though three other doctors treated me for it. I left without real answers & help for my ongoing health condition I am still having.

Once I got an appointment, the care was great.

I feel that Dr. Deider does not fully take In the Information I am sharing with him at our visits. I scheduled the visit because my Bilateral tinnitus is progressing, the symptoms and the effects are changing and getting worse. Each time I see him he cleans wax out of my right ear, I feel this might be all he knows to do for me. When I read the progress notes on our visit - they were lacking details of what I had shared with Dr. Deider - who I then messaged and asked him to update his notes so my care team could reference adequate details of our visit. Dr. Deider did quickly update the notes, but the date referenced in the notes of my last hearing check Is incorrect. I'm wondering if I should see a different ENT. I recently fell due to having off balance spells hurting my hand and knee

Dr Dieter gave extremely good care and followed up with me that alleviated my health concerns.

Dieter was behind on schedule and seemed to rush through our appointment. He seemed to disregard any information on symptoms to get us out of the room as soon as possible. We didn't feel heard or taken seriously

Mr. Dieter went to considerable effort to removed impacted ear wax. I noticed an improvement immediately. One receptionist stood out. She was exceptionally gracious and helpful, coming out from behind her desk to explain procedures to patients, maintaining eye contact, listening to them, and occasionally escorting them. She made everyone feel that they were important as a person. Oh, that there were more like her!

I was treated well as I would expect. Everyone was very pleasant although I called last week to make an appointment for cataract surgery and haven't heard from anyone yet.

I feel that my provider was scatter brained. He couldn't find the sutures needed to help my condition so he opted to just not do them. He told me to come back if the swelling in my ear came back (which it did) And when I called to schedule a follow up appt he had his MA tell me to just keep an eye on the swelling for a couple of months and wait and see if it resolved itself. I find his care to be completely uninterested in my condition and don't want to see him again for anything. I will request a different provider. I will discourage any of my family and friends from ever receiving care from this unprofessional man.

Dr. Dieter is awesome, and so is his nurse. The appointment staff gave information I did not need to know. They need to just make the appointment and not give comments. The procedure of clearing out my ear fungus hurt but was well worth it because I can hear again and no pain now. Dr. Dieter was polite and kind.

I had been to my primary care physician for impacted wax in my right ear. They were not able to remove the wax and it was affecting my hearing as well as my balance and causing a lot of pain on the right side of my head. Having Dr Deiter removing the wax was Instantly so much better. He was very kind and managed to take care of me quickly and painlessly. I am so grateful!
