I felt like the Dr had very poor bed side manner. I didn't feel she took my concerns seriously. Very disappointing after waiting months to get seen

I was very pleased with both doctors who did the procedure on my vocal chords.

I was referred to this provider by my primary physician to follow up on a potential medical issue. She was extremely helpful in describing the issue and made referrals for follow up diagnosis

She was knowledgeable and I got the answers that I needed.

This appointment was a 5 year f/u. However, the provider seemed impatient and not particularly interested.

This care team worked well together. They did their job.

Dr Achim is always very personal and pleasant to see. She always answers any questions or concerns that I have!

Dr Achim was outstanding.

Only problem is the length of time to get into a specialist. She was excellent.

Dr Achim is excellent and provided the help that I need. The doctor knew ahead of time my medical history and had solid advice for testing/treatment of my medical issue. I can't say enough good about the visit and the help I received.

Dr. Achieve was very informative and supportive. Highly professional. I appreciate all she has done to help me.

By the time I went to see the provider she already had all tests and information needed. She did do some hands on diagnosis to the area and stated the problem was movable, something we did not know. My case was obvious what needed to be done to correct it and further treatment was scheduled right away.

This was just a one visit, or first time visit. We came out from Lewiston on a cancellation notice. So it's very understandable that the care team may not have been all ready. Great clinic though. Dr. Was nice, just not in very long, but maybe that's all that was needed. Thank you all.

The "practice" is wonderful. This particular doctor wasn't aware of my history and didn't seem to see me as a patient. She saw me as a procedure. She won't be operating on me.

She was straight forward, took control of my care, scheduling biopsy, Pet scan and Ct of my throat.

Provider was easy to talk to was more informative than I thought, explained what likely was going on and why and what I needed to continue to do.
