This was a very good visit as pain doctor has stopped her practice with Providence and this gentleman is refilling our prescription as (I) deal with debilitating pain.

My experience with Nathan has always been that been good. He's very thorough & explains everything so I can understand. I'm very happy with the care I receive from Nathan.

I have never had an issue with any Providence staff member. I've always been treated with respect and courtesy, not matter the issue. Your staff is the best!

I think it was a little disrespectful to look at his watch and try to speed things along. Maybe it would be best if the medical community put a sign in reception saying something to the effect of, "Unless you have been told otherwise, your time with your care provider is limited to 15 minutes." He did a great job, I just felt his mind was on getting to his next patient.

PA Nathan Dinh ALWAYS takes as much time as is necessary to answer questions or explain procedures in order that I can fully comprehend, no matter how obviously busy he is. I have great confidence in Mr Dinh, despite his being thirty years my junior. I leave appointments with him feeling well informed and confident I have gotten information to be able to intelligently manage my healthcare with the best outcome possible for my current condition.

Over the years I have seen Mr. Nathan Dinh he has provided excellent care. He is always aware of my history, asks pertinent questions and answers any questions completely. Although he often is very busy, he doesn't end the visit until he has recapped what was discussed and any changes to medication. He is an extremely competent Physician's Assistant. The rest of the staff is courteous, competent and professional. I wish all medical offices provided care at such a high level.

I expressed concern for problems related to numbness in my leg and extreme pain also knee pain. X-rays and a MRI were ordered right away. He is a caring PA and I have always been satisfied with his care.

Nathan is great! He listens and cares. He will advise you as an individual patient, not just another patient. He is professional and friendly and I never felt uncomfortable talking about female related problems I was having. I felt he understood the best he could with empathy and good advice.
