Hector is great

I have been seeing Hector (Helidoro) for several years. He has invariarably been helpful, patient, kind, thoughtful - everything you could want in a healthcare provider, The only difficult moments we have ever had in my treatment have been because I have sometimes disagreed with a decision concerning my treatmen that is a department decision, and because he is a PA and not a MD, he follows the department decision, But, other than this, I consider him one of Providences greatest assets.

Hector and staff are great! Always a pleasure!

Heliodoro Magana is one of the best providers I have seen in years. He's always on time, attentive, filled with knowledge about any of my medical issues I share, he's always aware of any medical care or treatment I've had outside of his clinic and that makes me feel cared for, seen and heard. This was a telephone follow-up to an office procedure. I appreciated not having to come to the office for a 10 minute visit.

This was a follow up phone appointment with Hector for my recent procedure with Dr. Ramchandani ---. Hector is great and goes over everything and anything that is a concern .

I have seen Hector in the past and he is very knowledgeable and professional. This visit centered on options available to me for my resurgence of LBP/Knee pain. He explained everything to me and answered questions and concerns. I am well informed and have all of the information that I need to make decisions regarding my health.

After initially visit this provider got me in next day appointment to give me some relief where I had right hip replacement!!

The doctor explained everything perfectly to me and I am very happy with the decisions that were made

I only had a phone call with Hector which I preferred over a virtual. Hector was very nice and professional but he was my doctor's PA. That said, he didn't know anything about me or my health issues until I told him. But, he was very accommodating when I asked about further testing to determine the cause of my symptoms.

I have already referred a family member about going here. Hector is absolutely incredible and always listens to me and my issues. He makes life so much easier for a chronic illness person and I'm incredibly thankful to have him. Dealing with chronic pain is hard to find great doss who take you seriously and listen to your issues/concerns.
