Very informative about my situation

Dr La Penna is a personable, smart and well-organized physician who listens well and who proposed a complete array of approaches to my presenting complaint. He is a doctor's doctor in all respects. I enjoyed meeting him and look forward to his wise counsel going forward.

This visit was the first time I've seen Dr La Penna and, although sceptical he could helf at first, I was incredibly impressed with the help and advice he provided. I have never been so pleased with his advice, given with a new perspective. He is an outstanding doctor and I feel grateul to have been referred to him.

Care is always excellent

The doctor takes all the time he needs to ensure that everything is explained ithoroughly and all of my questions were answered. He made me feel like I was his only patient and he had nothing but time. He's very kind and empathetic. He seems very knowledgeable and I felt well taken care of during my visit.

This was first time with doctor so too soon to know if he in fact gave me best or suitable advice. Testing has been scheduled and based on outcome, will be in better position to rate his care. So far, I am very pleased with the direction he outlined for my situation.

This is the best experience I received at any medical facility The Front Desk team and authorization team was excellent and has gone above and beyond what I expect from a patient in a provider. Visiting this practice has really helped my pain level

Excellent service at this provider office. Maybe during zoom appointments the patient can join zoom calls 10 minutes before instead of 15.

Receptionists were congenial, the assistant was very efficient and cheerful and the physician was respectful and knowledgeable..

Dr. La Penna was patient and I did not feel rushed. He was attentive, explained issues related to the spine and treatment options very well. He did not "push" any option and left it open to return or call for future needs/questions. A thoughtful, kind man that I appreciated very much. Wish he could be my PCP!

He listened and told me I could come back any time to get an injection for back pain. I had hip surgery and found that the rehab exercises helped w my back Spain and decided to play that out
