The care provider did not listen to my issues. He did not address my specific problems with any concern for my quality of life. It was a virtual meeting and in the middle of the question the meeting ended. I never received a call back to let me know what happened. It was very disappointing, discouraging and belittling. I am still having issues, but the appointment was so disappointing. I will just suffer. Very very disappointed.

This was my first visit with Ryan. He was considerate, knowledgeable and friendly.

As a professional retail manager, customer service is something that I pay close attention to. Ryan was on a different level of care. He knew my history, he connected with me at every opportunity (family events, social points of interest, and things I said) and used them to put me at ease. I have very little trust in our health care system but if I could have Ryan by my side for the rest of my health issues, I would be very happy (I know I can't). Ryan was more patient with me than my own wife, ha ha. You have struck gold with this guy. Pay him what he's worth and don't let him go anywhere else. Thanks for everything. Cheers.

He also takes time to make personal connections with his patients and has a genuine desire to help alleviate pain symptoms and address root causes. He takes the time to order needed tests or Imaging to rule out any other conditions and explains results thoroughly.
