The Spine and Pain Clinic has helped with back pain for nearly a decade and I have always been impressed with the level of care. In this instance, my initial appointment from a referral was schedule six weeks out(!) but the schedule office found a cancellation slot for me reducing that wait time by 5 weeks! I am very grateful to The MT Spine & Pain Clinic, for instruction and treatment.

As a PA myself, I hate these surveys. They do give you the demographics you need but surveys do not reflect the relationship between patients and providers. Meredith Ruland is kind, understanding, proficient and takes time to listen and NOT stare at the computer screen; she actually took notes by hand. With pain patients, it is the need to be understood and LISTENED to, for us to tell our stories and have them respected. She also placed hands on me, something providers are doing less and less. She is a good provider.

I now have hope that my chronic back pain can be managed and my mobility can improve. This provider practices patient-centered care-authentic listening, caring presence, thorough assessment, proactively educates about health needs, and is enthusiastic about her role helping patients who live with pain. Wish more providers were like her!

This was my first visit with a Pain Clinic Provider. She was knowledgeable, respectful, authentically listened, answered my questions, presented rationale an initial treatment plan, shared information about local resources-competent, compassionate, and gained my trust. Delighted to be working with her.

I thought she was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. She explained everything throughout the visit, including the exam while she was doing things. She was compassionate and listened to, and addressed all my concerns.

They were very thorough with my checkups and my questions.

Meridith listened to me and answered all my questions thoroughly. She explained how and where the injection would be done and set up my appointment in a timely manner.

I was extremely nervous about getting a shot in my spine but the whole care team put any worries at ease. I wasn't made to feel bad about my pain and appreciated all the care so far.
