The provider actually cared and spoke to us as if he was a family member. He was concerned and we don't get that much anymore. These days with regular doctors he was amazing. He should continue to do what he's doing greatly respected doctor.
We're very please with the doctor and his office staff. Thank you.
We were truly dreading this appointmet with Dr. Abu-Harb. Having seen many other providers in the last 18 months who did not take seriously our child's concerns and symptoms, we figured this would be another routine "brush-off" by a provider giving an unsatisfactory answer for the consistent problems our child has been having. We were THRILLED to be wrong!!!!Dr. Abu-Harb interacted directly with our child, was an excellent listener, and understood what we were trying to communicate. While taking his cues from our child, he also checked in with us (parents) at points to make sure that he wasn't missing anything or misrepresenting our child's concerns. He was confident in the diagnosis he provided and offered clear next steps to being addressing our child's issues. We are so happy to have found him and very grateful that he took these concerns seriously. It's still too early to determine how the treatment plan will work but we are confident that Dr. Abu-Harb will work with us on next steps if anything is not proceeding as we hoped. Thank you, Dr. Abu-Harb!!
Dr Jamil Abou-Harb was able to put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Knowledgeable about his field of expertise. Would recommend him for GI issues. Grateful that doctor recommended him for a specialist for my needs.
Better new patient appointment days/times especially with traveling out of town for this appointment. Had to wait over 3 months for an evaluation for daughter.
Doctor was knowledgeable but he lacked on the listening part. Listening to what the parents have to say is just as important as the the Information be being shared by the physician. Not happy with the experience.
The Dr was awesome; he engaged with my son and made him feel comfortable
The Dr was very attentive and help. We are happy to have found him. Hopefully we can get my son on track to a better quality of life with being able to eat. Very happy with the care.
Dr was thorough and gave me information I wasn't aware of. Seemed knowledgeable and was friendly toward my child.
Everything was wonderful once we got to the appointment. The only bad part was I called in April but the earliest we could be seen was july because we were new patients. That's way too long!
The wait to get an appointment was very long. The company needs to get more doctors in this specialty. The provider was awesome as always. He was my older sons doctor 16 years ago and he was awesome then too.
The provider is knowledgeable but very arrogant.
Provider was very nice informative and great with my daughter. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The nurse who checked us in was also very nice. All around great experience.
Doctor was very knowledgeable and listened to any concerns I had and really made me feel heard and listened too
He listened to our concerns and reassured us.
