Erica M. T. Gastelum, MD

After studying Neuroscience and English at UCLA, Dr. Gastelum obtained her medical degree from UCSF. She completed residency at UCSF-Fresno and did an additional year as chief resident. Dr. Gastelum spent over a decade in the Central Valley and treasures the time she had teaching and working with medical students and residents. She’s glad to be back home in Southern California, and she and her husband are grateful that their three kids can grow up around family. “Parenting is not easy, but you are not alone! When it comes to raising children, it truly takes a village and I’m happy to roll up my sleeves and do my part. Pediatrics is more than just sick visits and well visits, it’s about wanting the best for each child and setting them up for success. It is an honor to get to know each of my patients, hear their stories and watch them grow.”
