About Amy M. Shapiro
Amy Shapiro, M.D., is a board-certified pediatrician who has been in practice since 2004. She loves working with families and cherishes the opportunity to keep kids healthy and to help them feel better when they're sick. As a Los Angeles native, Dr. Shapiro was excited to return to her hometown after medical school. During her residency, she traveled to Africa and Guatemala as part of medical missions to provide high-quality health care in rural communities.

Dr. Shapiro has many passions outside of pediatrics, including hiking Mount Whitney and the Santa Monica mountains, traveling the world and listening to live music. But for most of her free time, she and her husband enjoy chasing after their two active sons, Mack and Bruce.
