I absolutely love my son's doctor and wish he could be the provider for the remainder of my child's life. He's amazing.

Dr. Franklin consistently responds to my questions and/or concerns in the same day. He takes time to actively listen to me as a parent (and to my kid) and gives honest feedback. My two sons never dread going to the doctor. He is personable and makes them feel comfortable at the doctor's office. He is a gem and I am glad he is my kid's doctor.

Dr. Franklin has spent more time with me that any provider in my life. I don't feel rushed out of the office and we always have a great time during the visits. He's so patient with my son, who is quite a spirited child. And so patient with me and my barrage of questions being a first time mom. I am so thankful we found him and look forward to many years of treatment. Give him a raise so he'll always stay please! The only issue I had was not with the doc but with the blood draw for lead. The finger prick and vial of blood is excruciating and we didn't even get enough blood. Enough was enough and we never went to do it again. My mom friends said they never experienced this in their offices. The blood draw needs to be different

We LOVE Dr.Franklin. He is great woth both my kiddos. He genuinely cares for them and their well being. He takes his time to listen to my concerns and always has a follow up message or call if I send a message on MyChart. I recommend him all the time to other parents and hope he pand on staying with Providence and in the Goldleaft location for many years. I want to keep bring both my kiddos to him and don't want to search for another provider.
