Dr. Basu is caring and attentive. She provides feedback and listens to our concerns. She had great bedside manners. Reviews my son's chart to ensure he is up to date on his check ups. She always has a great attitude and is very professional.

Excellent and very caring physician

I love how attentive Dr Basu is. I don't have issues with making an appointment for my child's appointments as long as I make it long in advance however it is a struggle if needing a sooner appointment. Usually not a long wait in the waiting room however some days are better than others. Our children love watching the TV and fish tank in the waiting room. The fish tank is what my kids look forward to when coming to their appointments.

Love Dr. Basu. The office is very easy to navigate. My kids absolutely love the fish tank in the office lobby. It is the only thing that keeps them distracted while waiting.

Dr Basu is one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. I'm so glad my kids are in her care. She's very thorough and wonderful about explaining things to both me and my children.
