Dan was super helpful today. He listened to my daughter, paid attention to what she said and what she shared, and ask appropriate questions, all the while making her feel comfortable. We always have a wonderful experience at this office. Almost 16 years so far and we've never been let down - we love all the staff!

Having seven children and seeing probably every provider in this office over the last 19 years, Dan Hayes is by far the best. He is thorough in his care of my children, kind, and overall has a phenomenal bedside manner. He never makes our visits seemed rushed and never makes me feel inferior for refusing certain optional vaccines for my children, as I have felt with other providers. I am so grateful for medical providers like Dan, he is phenomenal.

This office is full of wonderful provider, who always address my concerns and are easy to speak with. I never feel rushed when we go in for an office visit (from any provider). I love the fact that I can call and speak to their triage nurses when I am unsure of something medical that may be going on with my children. From the front office receptionists to the back office MA's, I am very appreciative of each and every one of them. I am grateful that my children are part of an office that shows that they care. Dan is amazing! He always provides great care, calls with follow ups if needed and is great with the kids. We travel over an hour to see him and the care team at St. Joes/Providence.
