[Name(s)] has a medical condition that needs to be treated at CHOC. We could NOT have gone through all this without Dr Wu's guidance. She is an invaluable member of our team and I will never change providers until our girls are 18 or Dr Wu retires.

Dr Wu is the ONLY reason we drive from Glendora to Yorba Linda. She is the absolute best of the best!

The entire visit was pleasant and efficient. Check in was friendly, the nurse who administered the 3 vaccine shots was especially kind and patient, while keeping a professional demeanor. I appreciated the respect she showed my middle school aged daughter as she explained what would happen. Dr. Wu is the best pediatrician/doctor we could've asked for. She always greets us with her warm smile, explains her observations and recommendations, always has time for questions-never shows that she is in a rush to get to next patient even during busiest of days. I want to especially highlight the teams's effort in providing me with a medical print out of my daughter's vaccine shot she received during the visit. The young lady who worked the check In desk was kind enough to help expedite it. I know it also required the nurses/doctor to update the system as well. I just want to express my gratitude for accommodating the request and for always making our doctor visits feel like visiting our healthcare family.

We really are grateful for the care of Dr. LaiWu in this appointment where she had to remove an earring stuck in her earlobe. The doctor cared for her in the most kind and patient way especially for a child who is scared of pain. She did all she could for our child.

Dr. Wu was attentive and listened to all our questions and concerns. My daughter was not getting better after the flu, so Dr. Wu helped us figure out helpful next steps for a speedier recovery.

[Name(s)] went in with a severe case of inflamed acne. [Name(s)] had been resistant (she's my natural child) but when she finally agreed to go Dr Wu's office got us in next day, even offered same day appointment. Dr Wu saw her very quickly and was helpful and optimistic. She told [Name(s)] that she would fix it, gave us an aggressive treatment plan and it gave [Name(s)] the hope she was missing. It's been 3 days, 50% of the redness is gone. Her beautiful face is beginning to reemerge from the infection. I couldn't be happier or more appreciative. Dr Wu has always treated us with exceptional care and this time was no different. Dealing with middle school females is impossible but Dr Wu manages to calm fears and connect making her nothing short of a super hero in my book. I am forever grateful she has been our pediatrician.
