About Jason A. Lundy
I chose medicine because I really enjoy science, and learning in general; but I also have this strong desire to work with others, especially if it means helping them improve their quality of life. I was drawn to pediatrics because children motivate me the most. They are our future and we need to invest in them. I love forming lasting relationships with my patients and their families. As a pediatrician, my goal is to work collaboratively with your family to ensure that we can keep your child as healthy as possible and to foster the best environment for them to grow in. Dr. Lundy earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. Initially, he completed a Surgery Internship at The Jewish Hospital, Cincinnati - he was hoping to be a surgeon for children. During that time, he realized his heart felt most fulfilled when he was able to provide long-term care for his patients. He also saw first hand the importance of preventative medicine; preventing diseases, such as obesity, in childhood has such a profound impact on the trajectory of someone’s life. He then went on to complete a residency in Pediatrics at the University of Nevada, Reno. Dr. Lundy is excited to be caring for the children and adolescents of the Rogue Valley and surrounding areas.
