Our first visit with Dr. Yi as my son was feeling more comfortable with a male doctor as he gets older. Dr. Yi was wonderful, put my son at ease and answered all our questions clearly without making us feel rushed. Very professional, yet great bedside manner and calm demeanor.

The medical assistant. Was amazing. And the Dr. Listened, provided great information, was wonderful and patient with my daughter and me. Slightly frustrated that when I scheduled this was a last min. Appt that opened and the next appt. Wasn't for another month+ out.

I am originally from Thailand and have recently moved my family here. This is our first time using the services at this clinic. My child came in for a vaccination. At our first appointment, we came as scheduled but could not see the doctor because the doctor was on leave. We were kindly rescheduled for about a month later.The front desk staff assisted me by arranging for an interpreter, as my English is not very strong. I truly appreciate the excellent service I received from both the staff and the doctor.

Dr. Yi and the medical assistant we see are always very respectful and eager to listen to our family's needs. We feel very well taken care of and appreciate the time they spend with us. They are never in a rush, answer all our questions and our overall experience is one of the best we've ever received in healthcare.

We loved that your rooms are warm enough for an undressed infant during their check up! No extra blankets needed.

Dr. Yi never seems to hear what we're saying and instead, talks over us repeatedly. I brought both boys in for severe cough, sore throat and fevers, but only one was tested for the flu. It was only assumed the other one had it. I never feel like Dr. Yi sees or hears us...but he's always quick to assure he has the medical background and knows what he's doing vs. Listening to what we have to say or ask.

We had great experiences knowing it was our son's visit of routine three year visit. I love every staff member how caring and loving making sure our son is comfortable as he was bit nervous with mask on. Thank you team you guys are the best.
