Glenda is great, my visit went as well as it possibly could.

This was my first appointment with Glenda. She came into my appointment knowing my medical history which was great! She was easy to speak with and answered all of my questions. It was honestly one of the best medical appointments I've had a in a long time and I'm grateful that she's one of my providers.

Very good soft skills. Very knowledge in Hyperthyroid and Hypothyroid Issues.

I came in to the appointment a little nervous about what was going on with me . This provider made me feel at ease in the way she explained my condition and what was going to happen in the future . I so appreciated her and also the way she listened to my questions .

She came in and went over my medical history with me and made me feel like I matter as a patient and when I left, felt I was on good hands.

Dr. Waller was fantastic. She really did a good job of working through my issue with me. I was impressed that she said "I don't know the answer" to one of my questions. She said she'd need to discuss it with her colleagues. That's so much better than guessing!! And shows that she has integrity. She's the kind of person I'd like to have as a primary caregiver!

Glenda is an exceptional provider. She is willing to listen to alternative opinions and does not become upset if her patient would prefer to not follow the normal standard of care for a condition. She is willing to work with a patient to arrive at an acceptable coarse of action to ensure the patient's health journey is a positive one. She's very kind, patient and friendly. It was a joy to meet her, and I look forward to seeing her in the future.

It was such a pleasure to meet with Glenda. I had forgotten what it is like to actually feel seen, heard, respected, understood and served by a provider. Glenda listened to what I had to say, asked good questions and offered treatment solutions and referrals. I am sad that she is leaving this clinic for a new job. I would love to have her for my Primary Care.

I just wanna give a shout out to the provider that took me back to the room to see the doctor and took my blood pressure and went over my meds and she was very nice and made me feel comfortable in talking about my health and in life, she's very kind and Sincere. I guess that's what you would say. I get nervous going to the doctor because I've had bad experiences over the years that I've not had any bad experiences coming to this clinic thank you.

Glenda Waller is amazing. She's one of the few providers I've had in my long life that truly listens and HEARS what I have to say. She answers ALL my questions and has great solutions. I trust her completely with my care, and appreciate her professionalism.
