About Clell J. Hasenbank
Dr. Hasenbank is a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist with a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Washington State University. Prior to that, he received a bachelor's of science degree in biology from the University of Idaho, where he was also a member of their football team. He has been practicing in hematology and oncology for over 12 years. He was one of the first fully credentialed and privileged pharmacists within the Providence healthcare system. Dr. Hasenbank specializes in educating patients on their complex cancer treatments and discussing their treatment plans in detail to help them better understand and prepare for their cancer journey. He also works on supportive care/symptom management to help minimize toxicities from these complex treatments.
My goal is to provide exceptional, timely, care for patients undergoing treatment for cancer and/or hematologic disorders at Providence St. Mary Regional Cancer Center. I serve as additional access to care, particularly when it comes to symptom management for patients actively receiving treatment for their disease. It is my privilege to provide care for patients locally, close to their homes.

When not in the clinic, Dr. Hasenbank enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and four kids. He also owns and operates a cattle ranch on his family's property in the blue mountains.

New HER2 chemo treatment was identified to effect my gallbladder Cancer and my tumor markers went from 700 to 97 after one treatment and after 3 treatments they are in the normal range at 24. Going from Stage 4 to normal is an incredible thanks to Gnomic testing! The nursing on the cancer center ward is ABSOLUTLY the very BEST!!
