Katherine S. Hale, PharmD

Katherine has worked as a pharmacist in primary care, academic, and community pharmacy settings for over a decade. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them work toward achieving their own health goals through education and lifestyle change. Katherine’s goals are to work with patients and caregivers to determine safe, appropriate, and economical use of medications as part of an integrated care team in the primary care setting. Her expertise is in management of complex medication regimens, management of chronic health conditions, and medication regimen simplification. She helps patients identify individual health and medication goals and works with them to identify strategies to meet those goals. When not working with patients, Katherine enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, playing a wide variety of sports, and reading good books.
