Jilene M. Winther, PharmD

Jilene has worked as a pharmacist in the primary care setting, geriatric, and specialty pharmacy for over a decade. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them work toward and achieve their own health goals. Jilene especially enjoys educating patients about their medicines and helping them make informed decisions about their health. Jilene’s goals are to work with patients and their caregivers to determine safe, appropriate, and economical use of medications as part of an integrated care team in the primary care setting. Her expertise is complex medication management, chronic disease management and medication regimen simplification. She helps patients identify individual health and medication goals and works with them to identify strategies to meet those goals. When not working with patients, Jilene enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and cooking/baking.
