About Shinto J. Koshy
Dr. Koshy completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency training at the State University of New York Downstate and is board certified. He completed his Interventional Spine Fellowship at Centers for Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine.
Dr. Koshy is an active member with the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Association of Academic Physiatrists, American College of Healthcare Executives, and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. His philosophy of care is a comprehensive approach while focusing on prevention, educating patients about their pain, and giving patients the opportunity to make the right choices with their healthcare.

Dr. Koshy is a very informative, educated, smart Dr. He cares for all of his patients.When he does my ablation procedures, it is with less pain than I've experienced in the past with other Doctors doing same procedure. He is very skilled at what he does.Another good point about him is he prescribes or suggests supplements that can help my condition like magnesium , D3 with K2 etc. Which other Dr.s in past have not taken time to do.I feel lucky to have Dr. Koshy for my Dr. The other patients waiting in waiting room with me sometimes also comment on how happy they are having him for their Dr.
