Dr. Lo, and his staff, are genuinely concerned about my health. There is nothing fake about him. The primary care doctor that I have been seeing in recent months really needs to learn from him. That primary care doctor shows no real concern for my health. Dr. Lo should be the standard by which people are hired.

Dr Lo is a professional in all aspects. He is courteous, patient and listens very intently. He explains in "layman's" terms and asks if his explanation is understood. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing pain management. He also has very good nurse assistants!

Dr. Lo provided me with excellent care. I was in a lot of pain that day and he was able to get me an appointment for treatment he will provide much sooner than expected. He is always suggesting treatments that may help with my pain and I really appreciate that.

A very experienced doctor.

Everything was very good with Dr Tony Lo and his assistants. He promptly sent in a referral to get an injection into my spine. I was approved by the insurance company the next day. However, when I called to make the appointment for the injection the first available was 10 weeks out.

The experience was all good! I received the treatment I was scheduled for and have hopes that it'll help my condition.

Dr. Lo and his team are exceptional. I trust him/them with my pain management and my well-being. I feel listened to, heard, cared for. Kind, caring, compassionate, professional, informative, helpful - that's how I would describe him/them. Dr. Lo takes time to listen to my concerns and questions, answer my questions, sometimes giving me information in print too. I've told friends about him, I recommend him without reservation. I am lucky, blessed to have my health and pain needs in his hands, have him on my team.

Dr. Lo's office does not contact me regarding test results because they are available in my chart. And my chart alerts me as soon as they are available. Dr. Lo is a very caring and understanding doctor. He is very knowledgeable in his field and often offers other treatment options. Every one in this office is always very courteous and respectful. I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Lo or anyone in his office.

Dr. Lo has provided a variety of procedures to try to ease my pain.

Basically I gave the history. Second visit no records. Basic repetitive questions and answers and always referred someone else. I was not impressed with the knowledge of my records nor the likely conclusion or answer. I hope I really don't have to see him again he never does anything. He's a very nice doctor a repetitive as all the other doctors yeah he does nothing Good listener courteous skills I'm not impressed with

Dr. Lo helped me feel at ease with the procedure I had regarding the steroid injection in my neck area. I was nervous and apprehensive.

He is very kind and caring. He has excellent "bedside manners". He is very knowledgeable. When he preformed my procedure at the outpatient surgery center, he did an excellent job. I had no pain after my spinal injection. He is very good at what he does for treatment. I feel very blessed to have him as my pain management doctor.

All of my in-office visits for appointments with my GP and specialists within the medical group are always on schedule and very prompt. Getting appointments scheduled in a more reasonable amount of time is an issue about 1 out of every 4 times. However, the practitioners and their staff have always been professional, friendly and courteous. I really love my plan with SCAN and FACEY.
