Provider very inept or indifferent in communication

I was completely satisfied with my appointment with Dr. Joyce. He Is very knowledgeable about my issues.

Excellent doctor. Very smart and highly trained. Kind too.

Dr. Joyce ask questions and argues about the answer. I don't think he is sincere and it is very difficult to explain what one is experiencing. He doesn't listen.

Everything went as planned and ontime. The best part is it seems to be working......

Dr Andrew Joyce is excellent. It is clear he has superior knowledge in his field. He listens carefully to me and explains carefully brings up the MRI on the screen to show me exactly what's going on this Dr is truly brilliant.

The early morning receptionists, which is who I deal with are a lot of fun. They get you all your forms to fill out and make sure everything's done right and then take me back to the room where a nurse comes in right away and goes over medications and then the doctor comes right in. This is an office that I would recommend to anyone as I feel very very confident with the care I am receiving

I had not seen the provider for about 2 years. I had a much better experience with him this time. He was much more friendly.

The provider appears to be very knowledgeable and experienced in his specialty, I feel comfortable and trust his expertise, I was impressed when he shook my had and had eye contact with me as a person. I say this because, in resent visits with medical physicians, do not have eye contact, or do not interduce one self, this is not the manners I expect from a professional who is going to care for my serious medical illness. I felt Dr. Joyce is a caring, professional physician and my visit experience was excellent, and felt safe.

I know that Dr. Joyce is very much in demand. Because I've been seeing him for about a year, the office is able to schedule me usually within three months. So far that has sufficed

Dr Joyce asked me questions that seemed to indicate he had not reviewed my records at all. He didn't explain why he came to the conclusions he did about my condition and I felt unseen and not helped. It didn't help at all that I had to wait four months for the appointment and the symptoms I had been having were greatly lessened. I don't agree with his recommendation to return to PT since that aggravated my symptoms greatly. This visit felt like a waste of time and like I didn't get the help I need.

The Dr. Took the time to explain what he believes to causing my issues. He was very patient with me, reguarding the concerns I had. It was over all a good experience.

Lack confidence in this provider.He didn't understand or wasn't knowledgeable of my history.Without that information I felt he would not make informed decisions.
