Dr. Lui is great at explaining things and takes the time to make sure all of my questions are answered. I feel very fortunate that I have him as a doctor.

I am grateful that I am healthy and have had good care when needed. This questionnaire was set up for persons who have far more visits. I saw this doctor for the first time and not scheduled again until the end of November as my medical treatment Is physical thearapy which I have scheduled for the end of July (first available date for the PT.A shorter questionnaire would be more ablicabal.To answer

I was really struck by how Dr. Lui made me feel heard, took all the time needed to understand my progress, and recommended useful treatments, prescription medication's and physical therapy. He is thoughtful and very good at what he does.

Provider doctor was great. Scheduling was difficult and long wait times. They did eventually switch me to another doctor while I waited and gave me an earlier time.

Dr. Lui is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and thorough. He answered all my questions and ask relevant questions to guide my health journey. I am so appreciative of doctors like him who give excellent care.

Dr Lui is excellent in all the areas you asked about. In my opinion, it's especially important for a doctor who treats pain to listen and be responsive. I appreciate Dr Lui's excellence in these area. He also asks probing questions that deepen my understanding of my medical condition. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes to get an appointment, which he has no control over.

Dr Liu is amazing he listens when he needs to take the time that is necessary during some painful experiences I have to go through because of treatment I appreciate his advice and support I often don't get the same treatment throughout all of my care sadly

The exam was very thorough and so I found it easy to trust the provider who was very kind and inclusive.

The visit with Dr. Lui was excellent. He was thorough, respectful, had clearly spent time with my records, and outlined a good path forward. Having to wait 3-4 months to get an appointment with him got in the way of my care. The wait times for specialist appointments are frustrating.

Kind and respectful. Upbeat. I had a long list of issues to cover and they made it work. I wish there had been more time or discussion about the procedures and risks. I learned a lot more researching after the visit and can follow up via MyChart message I'm sure as needed. But it was a lot so I appreciate their efforts and ability to cover so much since it took a few months after referral to be seen. Would be great to be seen sooner and be able to have procedures done with Dr Lui but calendar is booked til March 2026.

Dr. Lui went out of his way to see me and perform in- office tests to help identify what may be causing my current medical issues. He then very quickly referred me to.possibly helpful PT.I really appreciated his care and thoughtfulness.

Dr. Lui, I believe, is a talented diagnostician who, based on a very thorough physical exam, and a comprehensive understanding of a complex medical history-mine-has, in all probability, zeroed In on what Is currently ailing the lumbar spine which, of course, Is a relief.

It was good

I have been to a number of pain clinic and have been turned away from all but Dr. Lui's because they couldn't help me or weren't up to the challenge. He was/is. He impressed me on the first visit and even more on the second with the time he takes with his patients. I'm happy he's willing to take on an old lady In a heck of a lot of pain and care enough to want to make a better quality of life for her. Impressive.

Dr Lui is a great doctor. He listens, he offers good advice and he provides great treatment. After injections I felt better within a day.
