Good experience very happy with Providence and provider

The exam was very thorough and so I found it easy to trust the provider who was very kind and inclusive.

The visit with Dr. Lui was excellent. He was thorough, respectful, had clearly spent time with my records, and outlined a good path forward. Having to wait 3-4 months to get an appointment with him got in the way of my care. The wait times for specialist appointments are frustrating.

Kind and respectful. Upbeat. I had a long list of issues to cover and they made it work. I wish there had been more time or discussion about the procedures and risks. I learned a lot more researching after the visit and can follow up via MyChart message I'm sure as needed. But it was a lot so I appreciate their efforts and ability to cover so much since it took a few months after referral to be seen. Would be great to be seen sooner and be able to have procedures done with Dr Lui but calendar is booked til March 2026.

Dr. Lui went out of his way to see me and perform in- office tests to help identify what may be causing my current medical issues. He then very quickly referred me to.possibly helpful PT.I really appreciated his care and thoughtfulness.

Dr. Lui, I believe, is a talented diagnostician who, based on a very thorough physical exam, and a comprehensive understanding of a complex medical history-mine-has, in all probability, zeroed In on what Is currently ailing the lumbar spine which, of course, Is a relief.

I have been to a number of pain clinic and have been turned away from all but Dr. Lui's because they couldn't help me or weren't up to the challenge. He was/is. He impressed me on the first visit and even more on the second with the time he takes with his patients. I'm happy he's willing to take on an old lady In a heck of a lot of pain and care enough to want to make a better quality of life for her. Impressive.

Dr Lui is a great doctor. He listens, he offers good advice and he provides great treatment. After injections I felt better within a day.

Excellent care. Thoughtful, listens well, compassionate, thorough familiarity with my issues and test results. Reviewed MRI scan details with me. Developed a comprehensive, thoughtful plan for next steps of testing, treatment and consultation and asked me for my thoughts/concerns. All of my questions were answered. I received test results from Dr. Lui the following day.

This was my 1st visit with Dr Lui. He was , kind, patient and knowledgeable. I felt that my exam was thorough and options discussed.

Dr Lui is amazing - he's great at explaining things in a way I can understand and I leave appointments feeling hopeful because he's great at listening to me about what help I'm most looking for and helping me find options for things to try.

He seemed to be very knowledgeable, but I felt he treated me as a lesser than. Not very personable
