Satisfied for my appointed day and time of my appointment provider is prompt/ on time.

I have been going to Dr. Lee for over a decade. Dr. Lee has always been kind, compassionate, respectful, listens to my concerns, and speaks so I understand what is going on.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he did at the appointment.

We stopped at the desk on our way out and told the receptionist how pleased we were with the Doctor and his assistant.

Dr. Lee was very knowlegable about my past health issues and current problems. He was very patient and caring in his examination. His discriptions of diagnoses were very easy to understand, I felt that he took in all my concerns and answered all my questions completely. Dr Lee is a very caring and kind doctor.

My first visit with physiatrist Dr.Lee. He was empathetic, kind, and answered all my questions. Amazing how long patients must wait to be seen by what I guess is a limited number of physiatrists in our health care system. It's all new to me.

I have been dealing with these issues for years. Dr Lee was a second opinion because I felt that all my questions were not answered to my satisfaction with Kaiser. I finally have answers thanks to Dr Lee's careful listening and then exam and explanations

Dr. Lee helped me get over my fear of needles & electricity with my EMG nerve study test. I'm the type of person who reschedules or cancels tests if they regard needles, but I realized after this appointment, the best thing to do, is get your test over with ASAP and talk through it to distract yourself. Dr. Lee will even listen and talk back, he makes you feel comfortable & gets it all done so fast. What a multitasker! Thank you again:) I will 100% come back to Dr. Lee In the future

I'm very please with my care. The entire visit is very thorough and complete.

The receptionists at the Physiatry were both on the phone with patients. One of them at least should have acknowledge and say, "we'll be right with you" but I stood there for about 5 minutes waiting for them. Dr. Lee was very thorough but I wished he spent a bit more time with my medical history . Overall, But, he was knowledgeable.

Nerves studies are not for the faint of heart. Dr. Lee is amazing, he explains things very well and informs when parts of the study may be more painful than others. What a gift to have such a kind, skillful and respectful provider on my care team. Thank you Dr Lee!
