Doctor Galgon is always kind, respectful and listen with patience all my questions. She is always willing to help on my necessities.I am happy to be her patient.

I will not see this provider again. She was rude, late and I found her abrasive and unhelpful. She acted like she was superior to me as she was a doctor and I am not.

Dr Galgon was very knowledgeable and spent time doing an exam and discussing what was going on and gave me options to make things better.

My problem might not have been - EXACTLY - in her wheelhouse, but I called Dr. Galgon because she seems to be good at evaluating the entire situation and thinking of ways to approach an issue. My problem is not entirely solved, but I feel like I'm heading in the right direction now.

Very hard to get an appointment time soon. I had to wait a month. And then I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. But, Dr. Galgon is wonderful.

This was my first visit with Dr. Galgon and she clearly had reviewed all my records, and even did research on the effects of polio that could be contributing to my situation. I had polio as an infant, but Dr. Galgon suspected it might be a contributing factor.

My top two concerns, I was seen for were not both addressed, and the one that was discussed was not addressed sufficiently to provide any new insights or care that would assist me in managing my condition. The doctor did not have any referrals or resources that were accessible to me for the condition we discussed. My second condition for the appointment was not addressed at all despite sharing the worsening shown by comparismng recent to historic MRI.

The doctor was kind, understanding, down to earth and helpful.

Dr Galgon Is a very good Dr. She is nice and caring and detailed. She has a plan and starts it when you are there & saves an xray trip. She tells you call me If you need me.

Wait time in the waiting room was on schedule. Once I got into the exam room, the MA did explain that the doctor was running about 15 minutes behind. I sat in the exam room for 35 minutes before the doctor showed up. The doctor was very knowledgeable, but I felt she could be a little "friendlier". She was pretty serious.

Listened well, and in recent case where I needed CT scans on two adjacent days at two sites, the staff at the first site arranged to do both scans, saving me a trip to another site the next day. Very thoughtful and efficient.

This was a follow-up visit with Dr Galgon to discuss any progress with my spinal issues. She listened to my status, verified that they seemed consistent with her expectations, and she did not try to pressure me into any further visits/tests. My results with Dr Galgon were excellent.
