Dr. Kobayashi always sets aside plenty of time for me, so that I don't feel rushed. He makes me feel at ease talking about my issues and concerns and he never seems to lose his patience, listening carefully and explaining things in detail. I feel taken seriously and well taken cared for. He ordered tests for me which were meant to shed light on the nature of some pain and symptoms I was having. Dr. Kobayashi has wonderful bedside manners, he is courteous, friendly and polite. He contacted me and let me know about the test results and explained their significance in a very timely manner, as soon as they were available. His entire care team was wonderful and there was practically no wait time. I got the appointment the next day, which I appreciated, since I had a flare-up of my back pain of a more acute nature.

While other healthcare areas at Swedish are hit or miss, Dr Kobayashi is a superstar. He always treats me as a person, in addition to being a patient. He helps me make rational educated decisions. I trust him 100%

This was a first visit to this provider and he took the time to try and pinpoint the cause of my pain by covering many areas. Ordered what I felt yo be appropriate tests. I never felt like I was a bother or he was rushing. He exhibited concern for determining was wrong with me. He has since communicated via MyChart reassuring me he would cover the test results via a video appointment.

I was only there for a test which the good doctor did for me and he pin pointed my problem for the surgeon to correct

I found him matter of fact, which I really liked. And he enumerated the options.

Dr Kobayashi is very personable and easy to talk to. He answered my questions and provided a recommendation of a course of treatment going forward. The only question I had/have is who is supposed to seek the referral to physical therapy, me, my primary care provider (in a different health network) or Dr Kobayashi's office.

I haven't had this quality of care in the last 30 years. Since I was in so much pain he even wheelchaired me out to the parking lot. For being an in demand profession this is care on a whole new level. I was supposed to get a cordizone shot in my hip but he was frank and extremely honest that being diabetic that I would most likely need a hip replacement and referred me quickly. He has the right attitude to do almost anything. Well done.

I really appreciated how proactive the staff was. I received two calls about potential appointments due to cancellation and I was able to see this provider much sooner than I expected. Everyone was helpful and professional.

He was able to distract me by talking about a variety of subjects while performing a test using needles and little electric shocks. It was an unexpectedly good experience. He was also very accept at the test and that also made me feel more comfortable. Great doctor!

Best dr I've seen. It was a 2nd opinion and he cared for my situation way more than my previous Doctor. I felt more comfortable asking questions and he seemed much more knowledgeable about what I was going through and asked great questions himself. I really appreciate seeing him.
