Both Dr. Carpenter and the resident physician were amazing. I felt heard. I believe they did their best to address my concussion issues. I do not believe my stiff neck issues are related to my concussion, however.

Very good experience. The technician was extremely respectful and explained everything during the process. Then he brought in the doctor and he was also very kind and respectful.

I appreciated the fact that Dr. Carpenter was thorough in his assessment and explanation of my current issues. His mannerisms made the appointment a more pleasant experience.

The doctor was very good at explaining the process to me and was very aware if I was in any discomfort due to the procedure, he tried to quickly get the information he needed with as little pain to me as he possible could.

Dr. Carpenter listened carefully to my concerns and seemed very knowledgeable about next steps.

Everything at every appointment, I feel that Dr Carpenter listens to everything I have to say . He suggests options he always is encouraging to me on my journey of healing . He approaches my care plan making sure he understands my concerns and needs. He is a incredible dr.

This office as a whole is amazing. I look forward to these appts because I am always taken care of and the staff is so kind. I have not seen other physiatrists in outpatient (only in inpatient) besides Dr C but he is a gem. If he leaves I'm following lol!

Dr. Carpenter seemed a bit shy. I do feel I received a complete and respectful exam. I would schedule an appointment with him in the future if a need arises.

Dr Carpenter explained every part of the procedure prior to and during the testing. He made something that was so complicated easier to understand. At the end of testing, I was given the results so I didn't have to wait and wonder. Phenomenal patient care.

I was unable to lay on the table for the whole test, he made it so I could sit to finish the rest of the test. Was very helpful.
