Brenna Lanton, PT

Brenna was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, but has lived in many places across the West, including California, Washington, and Colorado. She recently moved back to the Portland area in July 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Washington, with an emphasis on cellular, molecular, and developmental biology. Brenna went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in June 2024. Brenna enjoys working with a wide range of patients from all stages of life and treats general orthopedics, pelvic floor dysfunction, athletes, persistent pain, and patients with vestibular dysfunction. She treats the "whole person" and enjoys exploring the "why" behind an injury. Brenna uses a variety of tools—ranging from exercise to manual therapy and "brain re-training"—to address not only the immediate symptoms, but also to ultimately treat the underlying dysfunction in order to maximize health, improve quality of life, and prevent future injury.
