Kira Negrete, PT, DPT

Kira Negrete earned her undergraduate degrees in Exercise Science Integrated Physiology and Spanish from Pacific University, where she completed her 17-year competitive soccer career, before receiving her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from George Fox University. With a background in strength and conditioning and additional training in pelvic health, she is passionate about helping individuals recover from injury, improve function, move with confidence, and return to the activities that matter most to them. She provides evidence-based, person-centered care and strives to break the stigma surrounding pelvic health by fostering a safe and inclusive environment for patients of all ages, identities, and backgrounds. Outside of work, Kira enjoys dominating on her kick ball team, is a plant mom to a growing indoor jungle and loves to travel.
