Laura M. Canali, PT, DPT, CSRS, AIB-VRC

I am born in raised outside Boston, MA. I have been all across the country with in my travels and with my education, at Syracuse University for undergrad and Washington University in St Louis for my doctorate in physical therapy. At Washington University in St Louis, I was trained in the Movement System Impairment classification system to help to identify faulty alignment, movement patterns, and muscle imbalances using observation of movement as well as muscle length and strength testing. I was also trained in Vestibular therapy, Activity Based Restorative Therapy and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. I have experience working with Vestibular patients, Spinal Cord Injuries, Multiple Sclerosis, Strokes, balance patients, and fall prevention. I enjoy working with wheelchairs and equipment management for patients.
