Bethany Miteiko is a lovely, friendly and very professional PA. She is a great asset to our medical community, and to the office of Dr. Mark Pardoe and Dr. Bob Green. She is technically thorough from beginning to end of appointments, and provides the ultimate in treatments required. We appreciate her medical expertise and are grateful to be in her care.

I loved the specialist who saw me and I am confident in her expertise devotion to getting me the best all around care plan, even in ways that extended outside of her field, such as Rheumatology, which she referred me to. She's quite obviously bright, has an excellent disposition, and spoke passionately about her chosen field. Her medical assistant was very caring and had very kind and sage words for me when I had an emotional episode and she saw me crying. She might make an excellent therapist or look into the field of psychology if it interests her.

We are trying to coordinate when my finger cyst is "ripe" for treatment and when I can get into the office before it bursts again. I was advised to call daily when painful to see when they can slip me in. It's been a year plus and several doctor offices.

I had to wait an excessive amount of time to be scheduled for the referral. When the practice added a PA, I finally got an appointment. She was great at explaining the etiology of the problem. I'm not sure if the treatment will work yet. I might still need surgery.

She covers every 'base' in discussing each case; and goes the extra mile when she determines that surgery, X-rays or PT would be helpful regarding treatment. I've always heard that if you want care from st. Joe's or other dr.'s office's in Humboldt and have an addiction problem that getting quality care just wasn't going to happen. But allow me to attest to this being a grand misconception. I am beyond happy over the quality of care I received and the understanding,support, and help I needed to have my procedure and follow up visits. Even after I fell reinjured myself and didn't contact my Dr immediately. They understood, were very patient, and kind to me! And my hand is now working again. I'm on the mend and couldn't/wouldn't be where I am today without their wonderful care. Truly they seem to care for every patient without bias! My deepest love and appreciation goes out to all of the people there for being true to providing help to anyone in need. They even spoke to me about help with my addiction without belittling me or being condescending. I couldn't ask for more
