The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. However, the MA was a bit frustrated when I notified her that I never received by surgery packet through the mail. She insisted that it was mailed out a month prior and that I should have received by now. When I told her I did not, she seemed frustrated and questioned if I was sure. Dr. Meza was extremely helpful and understanding. She was friendly and caring and listened to all of my questions and concerns. I appreciated the clerks for taking the time to provide me with a paper doctors note to give to my employer.

She's awesome and amazing. She is so personable and easy to talk to and treats you with respect and kindness and it's like your family when you're in the office. I have recommended her and Dr. McConnell to my mother in law and she to loves them as much as I do. The drive is worth it as I live in the high desert and it's a 2 hour drive one way. So they take into account that and make my appointments for me to help with the drive. This group is very good and I love that they treat you like family as I said earlier.

The care provided to myself at Dr. McConnell's office along with Kristina PA. All the nurses. The front freak staff.We're all so caring. Polite. I felt cared for above and beyond what I've experienced at other offices.I could not recommend this office and the entire staff more. Kristina has always been so supportive, non judgmental. Patient. Informative. A real asset to Dr. McConnell's management work.They are a true dream team.

Kristina Meza truly cares about her patients. My consultation for acne scars was extremely thorough. The CO2 laser procedure was great, and Kristina is incredibly thoughtful in her email responses to my questions. I am so happy to establish care with Kristina. Definitely one of the best physicians I have ever had. Amazing! Results are awesome too. Grateful!
