I was very impressed with the provider and her staff. Communication for up-coming surgery with the surgery coordinator has been very good. The only experience that could have been better, was the packet of Information I was told would be mailed seemed to take a long time to arrive. In all fairness, it was during the winter holidays and there was a staffing change to the coordinator as well.

From receptionist, medical assistants, schedulers, thru Dr. Keplinger herself, I was treated very well. Everyone was so professional and efficient. Everything was explained to me in as much detail as I needed so that I can make an informed decision on what I needed to do next. I have already recommended her to all my friends and family.

This was very first time I saw this provider. I fractured my ankle and will see her again in 6 weeks. Ask me again after 6 weeks.

I had problems doing my normal activities because of hammer toes. The first visit was analyzing the cause and exercises were the least in invasive solution. The exercises were performed as required and I was able to resume my normal routine. This was a follow-up visit to determine next steps. Fortunately continuing the exercises is all that is currently required. The Doctor is extremely knowledgeable observant and generous with information and healed the toes on the first try.

She is really good but I was really sick that day on the 9 th n just couldn't remember anything n should have taped her on somethings. Not her fault but mine n had a friend with me who knew I wouldn't remember as was sick but couldn't tell it. God got me through the appt and then went to emergency and symptoms came back I had that morning before seeing Doctor K.

This provider was a referral for specialist examination - she is outstanding and I would highly recommend in fact I have seen several in network specialists and all have been stellar/ the only downside has been making appointments as they are typically weeks out and at odd times just so I can be seen
