Dr. K answered all my inquiries regarding my fractured foot and what to do and not to do while it heals.

Dr Keplinger is very good and professional doctor, she's always been up front about things and explains things very well.

She is really good but I was really sick that day on the 9 th n just couldn't remember anything n should have taped her on somethings. Not her fault but mine n had a friend with me who knew I wouldn't remember as was sick but couldn't tell it. God got me through the appt and then went to emergency and symptoms came back I had that morning before seeing Doctor K.

This provider was a referral for specialist examination - she is outstanding and I would highly recommend in fact I have seen several in network specialists and all have been stellar/ the only downside has been making appointments as they are typically weeks out and at odd times just so I can be seen

The staff were extremely polite, caring, and cheerful. Dr. Keplinger was really "on top" of the treatment I needed for my wound. I've been to the Orthopedic specialty office twice this week at St Jude Heritage Hospital ( Dr Keplinger and Dr Bittner) and I am so impressed by the HAPPINESS that is oozing from the doctors and ALL of the department nurses and staff. You truly don't see this anywhere else, in any industry! Seriously! They all seem to love their jobs and are HAPPY to be at work. They seem to all want to make their patients and co-workers sincerely have a great day and go above and beyond expectations to make this happen. If I was going to be a doctor, I would want to be an orthopedic doctor. My experience and interactions with orthopedic offices (not just at St Jude) have been remarkable and inspiring, far above any other medical departments. I feel like I should just go and hang out in their lobby and soak up some of their goodness. Many thanks and God Bless them!
