The care was wonderful

Dr Macrae is very thoughtful and very knowledgeable about his specialty.

I was very happy with this doctor, he explained that if I do toe exercises I cam put off surgery for many years.

It felt very rushed and factory like. No one really practiced pleasantries or talked human to human. It's was only medical related and vary bare bones at that. I

Dr. Tyler M Macrae was so concerned about my ankle pain & advised me to follow up with a Neurologist & I was asked to get an X-ray. On the same day Dr. Called me to give me the results & I really appreciated it.

I sent him a letter in my chart that he never answered First time I saw him he treated me as an old person who didn't know how to use a computer and talked to my daughter instead of me. Which is incorrect

The doctor was very knowledgeable of required treatment for my injury.

Very attentive, good listener, provided information w/descriptions of exercises to do to help my condition. Asked if I felt there was any improvement in my condition, why or why not. Asked if I felt additional physical therapy would help. Provided an open door if I needed to schedule an appointment if condition changes. Very personable.

Dr. Macerated was very informative and answered all the questions that were asked of him. He also explained the fracture was healing quite well and reminded me of the issues that I might experience. All was good with the visit.

Dr. Macrae was very attentive to my condition. I broke my ankle in April and was able to get into so him the next business day. Kudos to all who made this happen. He performed the surgery and then I had several follow up appointments as my recovery progressed. I would highly recommend Dr Macrae to any patient.

Ortho nurse and scheduler were attentive, both Showed care to my wife who was accompanying me.

He is always professional, caring and courteous ! The results from the procedure were perfect! I couldn't be happier. He is an amazing Doctor.

The doctor has a wonderful relationship with his patients. He is through but easy going with explanations which helps the patient to be at ease with their pain or problems. It is just hard to get an appointment as quickly as you might need one. I had to wait over five weeks to get my appointment to see the Doctor.

My Podiatrist is very thorough he took the time to answer all my questions he showed me a similar model of my foot I helped clear my concerns

I was concerned about a potential infection in the left second toe, which was swollen and emitting clear fluid when pressed. Since I was scheduled for surgery of another organ, I sought Dr McCrae's opinion. I was completely satisfied with his suggestions for treatment. My other surgery, as well as the toe responded positively to treatment. I was grateful the office was able to schedule me. I will continue treating the toe as advised until I see the nurse in a couple of weeks.

Dr. Macrae answered my questions concerning issues I had with my feet. I followed his guidance and found relief for some of my symptoms, without medication or medical procedures. I discussed with him the initiatives I had undertaken since our last appointment and he agreed with my findings.

Dr McRae listened to me ok but not super well. I got the impression he decided right away that I had plantar fasciitis and wanted to get on with the day. In the two times I saw him he never even touched my foot one time. He also spent 20 minutes at the most with me for both appointments. I did not feel heard or seen by him. I won't go back.

He is a caring and knowledgeable doctor. Very. Courteous and respect for his patience.

They were very knowledgeable about my medical condition (Osteomyelitis/inflammation of the bone).They listened to my concerns very carefully & were helpful with how I should personally treat me condition at home to improve recovery.

Dr. McCrae and staff have been wonderful, from getting us in right away after the ankle break to scheduling surgery to following up after the surgery and to the appointment and appointment scheduling after surgery.

Dr Macrae was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt at ease asking him questions and talking to him. He has very good bedside manners which I feel is very important. He explains issues in lay terms which is great for me since I have aphasia.

Dr. Tyler McCrae is an EXCELLENT orthopedic surgeon who listened intently and offered a couple of options for my condition and was concerned regarding future post op pain control and several times told me to discuss my surgery with my pain management team because this surgery WILL be quite painful. Something that my shoulder surgeon did not mention when I recently had a reverse shoulder replacement, I was in incredible pain for two weeks post op.Dr Tyler McCrae is an amazing, kind, thoughtful, and most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE ankle Surgeon and Providence St. Jude did well hiring him!Even Podiatrist Dr. Lee said Dr. McCrae is one of the BEST! Good job!
