This provider was dismissive of my pain. And genuinely felt like all he was doing was pushing insoles. You'd think he was getting some sort of cut based on how hard he pushed this product. But as a podiatrist, he spent almost no time actually looking at my feet. I had questions and he just kept saying WELL IF YOU WEAR INSERTS. I asked what I could do about the CURRENT pain I'm in (because it hurts to even stand. How am I supposed to get through daily life if I'm in pain?) and he just kept saying IF YOU BUY THESE INSOLES TODAY, it'll take a week to break in and the pain should start to subside. So after waiting over a month to see you. I'm in pain when I walk or stand. And I'm supposed to wait another week to MAYBE feel relief? And that's only if I can afford to buy these $65-$70 insoles?

I would not say the appointment was bad but I feel like he was really trying to steer me away from the care I felt wanted and needed. Overall though he did give me the shot I requested along with referral for foot inserts.

I have always received excellent service from my primary care physician and from Dr. Jeffrey Joung Lee. The staff is excellent, courteous and friendly at Facey Burbank and Mission Hills.

Dr. Lee was very good at explaining the issues and providing realistic options. I appreciate Dr. Lee as a true physician that has the best possible care for his patients at the front of his mind all the time.

I had an infected ingrown large toe nail on both feet. My appointment was set for two months in future which is totally unexceptable. I was finally able to cure the infection on my own. Dr Lee was excellent once I got to see him. I have no complaint about him. I do think it is ridiculous that I was required to wait for two months.
