My care provider are awesome

Dr. Hastings does an excellent job. He is proficient, skilled, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and everything anyone would want in a doctor. I only have good things to say about Dr. Hastings.

I haven't had any bad experiences. Always treated with respect. Really appreciate them explaining things in a way that I can understand, and make me feel as I have asked a dumb question.

No complaints about this provider or this visit.In general, people I know have had a hard time finding PCPs. I find that it is hard to get an appointment with my PCP, although fortunately, I don't need them very often.

I have seen Dr. Hastings for many years. He has always provided expert and quality care for my podiatry issues. He is very knowledgeable and personable and puts you at ease. He has also often offered recommendations for some "at home" treatments for foot issues.

Dr. Hastings provides excellent care. He fully understood the pain due to the callous on my toe and took the time to remedy it fully.He also has a happy and friendly demeanor that makes the patient feel at ease. I have recommended him to my husband

Personable yet professional, was concise yet detailed in explaining options for addressing my situation. Took steps to relieve pain in bones that no other health care provider had been able to recognize for years. I only wish I had seen Doctor Hastings many months ago.

I enjoy chatting with Dr. Hasting about history and genealogy while he clips my toenails.

Dr.Hastings was very personable. He checked my feet and cut my toenails without any issues.

It was all good!

I saw Dr. Hastings because I had a painful callus on the bottom of my right foot in the arch area and also on the outside of both of my baby toes. I have worn orthotics for years but the current ones that I have (which I received from a different podiatrist outside of the Providence system) seem to not be working for me anymore. Dr. Hastings spent a long time slowly scraping off my calluses (which haven't returned so far) and gave me good advice about how to reduce chances of calluses returning. Also, he had new orthotics made for me which are, so far, working better for me than my previous ones and I wasn't charged anything for them because they're so new! Great experience!

Dr. Hastings is knowledgeable and showed definite concern for my issues. He has an excellent bedside manner.

Very Pleasant Provider

Dr Hastings was very easy to talk with re my problems. He will be my podiatrist of choice

Our visit was for post surgical followup. Dr Hastings went out of his way to accommodate are needs. We got terribly lost and was late. He still saw us.

Dr. Hastings was absolutely outstanding -- He understood the pain my condition was causing and took the steps to "fix" it right there in the first visit. He is an excellent podiatrist and compassionate person.

Seems like your providence teams are spread thin with lots of patients and stressful days, not just this provider.

I have seen Dr. Hastings for foot related issues several times over the years. He has always provided excellent care. He is very knowledgeable and communicates very well. He listens to my concerns and also provides self-care suggestions I can use to minimize foot related issues due to athletic activity.

I was a patient of Dr. Hastings for several years prior to his time at Providence. If I did not think he was good, I would find a different provider.

I came to Dr. Hastings because he had been my podiatrist before he joined the Providence system. The only thing he was not able to do was scale/trim my callouses because of a preventative dust policy/issue. So, I understood that was not his decision not to be able to do that.

I am responding to the TOTAL CARE I have received in the last 4 years from Providence Heath and Services.Except for original scheduling (months out from initial phone call for appointment), All of my experiences have been positive:Direct care PROVIDERS listen, share clearly stated and well explained informed responses to specific questions, follow up on questions about medications prescribed, speak and act In respectful and caring manner. Care team follow-up with phone calls and Providence My Chart has been excellent--timely, accurate and clear information, supportive.

I was in pain he took care of my needs and listened and then we're going to revisit I just wish he was closer but very nice Dr making sure I was not in pain

I saw no room for improvement with my visit. Dr. Hastings has a very nice demeanor and is quite knowledgeable. He identified my problems right away and knew exactly what I needed to do. He took the time to address several concerns and explain things to me. The reception staff were also nice and helpful.

Dr. Hastings was amazing! He truly listened to my concerns, discussed options for treatment, provided an easy to understand explanation regarding the issue with my foot pain, all while encouraging my participation for a plan of care. From the front desk assistance, to working with the X-ray department, to my visit with Dr. Hastings, I found the level of care, communication and commitment to me as a patient and a person to be exemplary.

I received excellent pediatric care from Dr. Hastings
