Wonderful podiatrist and team. I'm very thankful to have her in my corner.

The provider listened very carefully and took time to understand my issues, which was extremely refreshing to me. It did seem like they were seeing me in a rush since they didn't quite breakdown some of the technical terms they were using but I was able to look them up later from reviewing the visit summary.

Dr. Higashi knows her stuff. First doctor that has developed a plan for my foot care. Best doctor ever!

My primary doctor is very poor at responding to my heath issues.

She was thorough In examining my foot and clearly explained everything about the condition that led to my appointment, even answering some of the questions I had intended to ask her before I even broached the subjects. The experience was excellent

My appointment was for 8:05am, but I was first sent to xray (not open until 8:30am). When I expressed my frustration, the staff and Dr. Higashi immediately addressed the issue. It was concerning to me that I clearly had an appointment that required an xray, but xray wasn't even open - not efficient. Dr. Higashi and her staff are fantastic - proactive, honest, and respectful. I would recommend Dr. Higashi to anyone - great experience with her.

Appt was scheduled by provider's office after I sent MyChart msg that I thought I had another ingrown nail. When I tried to schedule on line. I couldn't get in until January! I am very glad Dr Higashi made room to get me in.

She was extremely courteous, apologizing for the delay because of some back ups within the clinic. I appreciated her thoroughness by ordering an x-ray, as this was my first encounter with this specialist, and it gave me confidence about my consultation.

Dr. Higashi is great! I was lucky that I was on the waitlist, since the original appointment was two months out. I was fortunate that an appointment opened up within a week instead. Dr. Higashi spent a good amount of time with me, but did seem a bit rushed at the end.

Superb podiatrist with excellent recommendations for needed supplies to cure problem. Very kind, attentive, understanding, and thorough.

This was a first time appt with Dr Higashi, and she was fantastic. She showed me the X-Rays and explained what was wrong with my joints/bones. She gave me options for future care and even made a temporary pad for my insole. I am very pleased with her and her assistant.

Dr. Higashi's "bedside manners" are exceptional. She listens well and provides needed guidance. She responds on MyChart in a timely manner. The only issue is the wait time for an appointment which tends to be 2-3 months. Everything else was fine including the MA and X-ray technician.

I liked that Dr. Higashi recommended that I eat foods that contain probiotics when I take the antibiotic cephalexin to help prevent the side effect of diarrhea.

I received notice of a canceled appointment upon my call to schedule one and this was the best possible scenario for me. After seeing a different doctor two days before, I had serious concerns about the initial diagnosis and treatment plan. I've seen three podiatrists in the last 8 to 10 years. Dr. Higashi has been the most helpful. The only downside is that Dr. Higashi is booked out way in advance. You have to wait weeks if not months to get an appointment.
