Kadlec Foot & Ankle can feel a bit like an assembly line, but the medical assistants and NP treat the patients with respect and empathy, listening and validating concerns.

I appreciated the follow-up phone call from the provider. During the visit she indicated that she would consult with another provider about my condition then follow-up with regarding that consultation. She did as she said she would, in fact I had a voice mail message from her before I got back to work after the appointment. That is an impressive level of customer (patient) service.
