Sat in waiting room, then waited in exam room then after 32 minutes saw Dr. Desouza for a whole 5 minutes. Seemed very distant and was on a hurry to get out of exam.

The staff at Dr DeSousa office are extremely helpful and very professional. Any request will be immediately responded and resolved. The office was tastefully decorated with appropriate decor for an upcoming holiday. The office was festive and inviting. Good taste.

Always clean, on time and friendly.

Dr. DeSouza listens to my concerns and orders tests that are appropriate to my specific heart care. I trust his insight and knowledge.

They are very efficient and friendly

The Dr needs to spend a little more time with me. Total time spent maybe 5 minutes. It would be nice if they asked us if we have any questions for them at the end.

I feel he did not understand how important I felt about my dental surgery

I was impressed that Dr DeSouza remembered me from my last visit, since it was over a year ago. He listened carefully to why my primary Doctor had referred me to him. Newly concerning symptoms have arisen that my primary Doctor felt would be better addressed by Dr DeSouza.

Very timely listen well

Front staff have bad attitudes. Not very welcoming. Dr didn't explain to me that labs were needed or given instructions on how the medication prescribed was supposed to be taken. I had to call later after finding out myself I needed labs done & that medication was needed to get a test done. Lab paper wasn't given to me. I had to go out of my way to drive out there on a later date to pick up lab slip for my appointment. Very unorganized

I've always got the best of care from this provider and everybody in the office is very respectful and if I call they return the phone call thank you

Dr. Kavita always explains in terms I understand and the office personnel are kind and courteous.
