About Jesse T. Regnier
Jesse Regnier is a psychologist with extensive experience practicing in hospital-based medical settings. Throughout his career, he has focused on helping individuals navigate the profound psychological and emotional stress associated with chronic health conditions and serious medical illness. His work is informed by years of clinical practice alongside interdisciplinary medical teams, where he has developed a deep understanding of the complex intersection between physical health, mental health, and identity. Jesse believes that patients possess a remarkable capacity for resilience and post-traumatic growth, even in the face of long-term illness. Central to his clinical philosophy is the conviction that all patients deserve fundamental compassion, dignity, and respect from the medical system. He is committed to advocating for patient-centered care that honors lived experience while addressing the real challenges of managing health over time. Using evidence-based psychological treatments and collaborative consultation, Jesse works to support patients in both coping with illness-related stress and cultivating meaning, growth, and agency in their lives. His approach emphasizes thoughtful listening, clinical rigor, and partnership, providing patients with the best possible opportunity to engage fully in the dual challenges of illness management and overall well-being.
