About Kelsi F. Cook
Dr. Kelsi Cook is a licensed clinical psychologist experienced in providing psychological evaluations and evidence-based treatment for a broad range of psychological health conditions. She received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Utah, specializing in trauma and suicide prevention among first responders and military personnel. Dr. Cook is passionate about providing scientifically supported psychological services in her community to help people access care and build a life worth living.
