Provider listened carefully and was able to prescribe new medications and follow up in 6 months. He had reviewed CT scan and spirometry I feel like for the first time I have a diagnosis and a path forward for control of my lung condition.

Dr. Redman is a kind, caring, patient and knowledgeable pulmonologist. I fee very fortunate to have found him when I moved to Olympia.

Dr. Redmond picked up the pieces left by another provider. He listened, he knew my history, he had researched issues, he acted like I was important and my issues were key.

Dr. Redmond helped me learn why things haven't gone well lately. He listened to me as I explained what has been going wrong. Hopefully, it will it take a long time to correct the issue.

Dr. Redmond is an excellent doctor but he clearly has more patients than time, therefore, appointments are scheduled a lot farther out than they should be for good patient care.

I appreciate Dr. Redman getting to my diagnosis and giving me important information for about caring for myself. I hadn't seen a pulmologist for manyYears and had been confused by the last one telling me nothing was wrong. So see Dr. Redman and having him run the tests he did and explaining the results was a big help.

Very impressed with Dr. Redmond, he knew about a procedure I had the day before my appointment with him. I felt he asked the right questions, and was attentive when I answered or asked a question. Wish more Dr's were like Dr. Redmond.

Dr. Redmond is an excellent care provider. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He listens closely, he is concerned about Issues, and he explains issues in clear, concise, and cogent statements. Also, he was shocked that I had to wait about 9 months for an appointment to review and renew a necessary prescription. Dr. Redmond was very timely, thorough, and accurate in submitting the prescriptions to the pharmacy.

He's always great just so hard to get in to see him

Dr. Redman is an excellent communicator but is support staff did not follow up on test results and were not good at quickly answering questions on my chart. Took over a week to get a refill request.

I was very pleased and appreciative of the care I received from Dr Redman. I could tell that he had reviewed my records and was interested in what my daughter and I had to say and answered our questions. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The only problem was when scheduling a follow-up. Dr Redman wanted to see me in 3 months but they were not able to give me an appointment until February which is 6 months. They did put me on a waiting list.

Overall, excellent service. The check-in and check-out representatives went above and beyond with assistance and attempting to solve all possible issues.Only minor issue experienced was delay in receipt of prescriptions at assigned pharmacy.

Dr Redman and his staff are excellent providers. The only issue is getting appointments sooner than a 6 month waiting period. It is unfortunate but unavoidable as they are just too busy. If an emergency, however, they will work you in.

I communicate with Dr. Redman through MyChart. He responds quickly to my questions.

A very significant health event occurred since my last appointment with Dr Redman...I'm now residing permanently in an assisted living facility. Clean, neat office. All my information was ready and correct. Arrived early, completed testing early, visit with provider early. Got out early. Had a two hour drive home so very happy there was no delay in seeing, testing, visit with provider.

Very nice and knowledgeable

My wife accompanied me on this visit. We both thought It was one of the best, beginning to end. The intake staff were great. The wait time from Intake to seeing the provider was minimal. Dr Redmond has a tremendous "bedside manner" and took a lot of time asking and answering questions about the results of the CT scan on the nodules on my lungs, even showing us images from the scan. He fully explained that there was no Imminent risk and the rationale for the follow-up plan he proposed.

This appointment was an Initial referral visit. There will be continued care from this physician. The entire experience with Providence Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine was excellent from Initial check-in to final appointment completion.

I have traveled 100 miles when I'm out of town working just to see him because I think him and his nurses are very good and I feel very comfortable with them! I have been in the seattle- everett area more then I have been at home in Rochester but I don't want to change at all because I feel dr. Redmond is very good at what he does and talks to me person to person like old friends makes me feel relaxed

My asthma condition was in severe decline due to the prior care provider's lack of care or interest in her patients. Dr. Redman, on the other hand, is caring, knowledgeable, and has a unique talent of making patients comfortable. Part of Dr. Redmans magic is that he is incredibly approachable. All of his Intutitive skills allow for important communication to transpire. Unfortunately, this has become a rarity in today's medical environment. To summarize, Dr. Redman is awesome!
