About Garth A. Green
Garth Green, M.D., brings nearly 25 years of radiation oncology experience to City of Hope. Patients describe him as “amazing” and “the most caring doctor.”
Dr. Green, a University of California Berkeley graduate with a degree in classical Greek, received his M.D. from Tulane University in New Orleans. He completed an internship at the University of Hawaii before returning to California for a residency in radiation oncology at University of Southern California. He also completed a radiation oncology fellowship at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia.
Dr. Green has spent the past two decades treating patients in the South Bay, where he is active in the community. He has appeared on local television to discuss breast cancer risks and treatment options.
